About Us

Mitzi Motsinger is a Central Florida native having attended Altamonte Elementary, Milwee Middle, and Lyman High school before attending Rollins College of Winter Park, FL where she graduated with honors. Mitzi received her Law Degree from Mercer University of Macon, GA. She has been serving Central Florida for over a decade in the areas of Family Law as well as serving as a public defender for Orange County and Seminole County.

When it comes to serving her Family Law clients, she has a very simple and succinct motto – “Friendlier is cheaper!”. A divorce is a life impacting experience; we help our client see the “light at the end of the tunnel” while encouraging an environment that considers the post-impact of the divorce on relationships that may need to continue if children are involved. Motsinger Law Firm P.A. is Family Law oriented commonly described as focused on “conflict resolution”.
